1. Why do my photos look blurry in the design center?
Our system uses lower resolution copies of your photos to make the designing process faster so your photos may look blurry in the design center.
Your printed items will always have your original photos.
2. What is the recommended photo size?
Your uploaded photo should be as large as possible. If you are concerned about the size of your photo, please contact us.
3. Should I resize my photos before uploading?
Upload your original photos (not a cropped or re-sized version) so that we have the best quality file to work with.
4. Can I see how my photos will print before I place my full order?
You can order one copy of your item as a proof before placing your full order.
5. What edits can I make to my photo using the design center tools?
- Crop your photo as a square or a circle.
- Zoom in or out and move your photo within the photo box.
- Add or remove a border of any color.
- Resize the photo box.
- Flip your photo horizontal or vertical.
- Rotate the photo box left or right.
6. Why is there a white border around my photo?
This border is automatically added to all new photos dropped on the design center canvas.
You can remove it by changing the border width tool to "0".
You can also change the color of the border using the border color picker tool.
7. Will my photos print dark?
This is a warning that that a portion of your photo is outside the red dotted crop lines and may get cut off during printing.
Any portion of the photo outside the red dotted safe zone line can get cut off.
8. Can I upload photos taken from my phone or mobile device?
Yes, photos that are taken from your phone or mobile device can be uploaded for use in your project.
Download your photos from your device to you computer and then the photos can be uploaded for your project.
