What to expect when you place your order
Once you place your order, your design will be reviewed by our design team. Small corrections like fixing spelling errors or adjusting crop lines may be made. If they find any major changes that need to be made, they will contact you via email or by phone. Please respond to us as soon as possible. If they do not hear back from you within 48 hours, we will print the card as is. If you ordered the digital proof of your design, the link to download is provided immediately after the purchase. All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days therefore, we encourage you to contact us immediately if you have any concerns or questions regarding your order. Will anyone review my order before printing?
Absolutely! All order proofs are reviewed by a Wedding Paperie Designer. We make sure everything on your card will print well and try to find any potential spelling errors. If there is something that could result in poor printing or there is a possible error on your card, we will contact you via email or phone before printing your order. Please note that, if we do find some issues with your proof, this may delay the processing of your order until all issues are resolved.
Can I receive a digital proof?
Absolutely! Infact, unlike other services that take up to 72 hours, with Wedding Paperie you can download your proof immediately. When placing your printed card order you have the option to select that you would like to receive a digital proof in conjunction with your print order. This is a high resolution pdf and jpg download that allows you to see exactly what will be printed. If you want to make some changes, notice anything that doesn’t look right or have any concerns about your proof, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will help you get the issues resolved.
What is the processing and shipping time for an order?
Orders are typically processed (reviewed, printed and shipped) within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) of the order date. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are not started processing until Monday. If there are any questions or problems with your order we will notify you by email or phone. This may delay the processing of your order until any issues are resolved. Once your order has been printed, it is mailed via the shipping method you selected. For example, with FedEx next day, you can receive your order within 3 business days of the order date. With USPS priority shipping (our lowest cost option), most orders are typically received within 5-8 days of the order date.
How much does shipping cost?
Wedding Paperie offers LOW flat shipping rates for all orders – no matter what the size. We have the following shipping options: USPS Priority Mail: $7.95 Estimated 2-3 business day delivery time from the postmark date. FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Next Day. All FedEx Next day orders are shipped within 48 business hours. Use our FedEx calculator to calculate your FedEx shipping rate. Simply enter in your "ship to" zip code to calculate your FedEx shipping cost. All orders are shipped from Seattle, Washington. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package for both USPS and FedEx orders.
Do I need an account to create a Wedding Paperie invitation?
You do not need an account to start the creation of your invitation, but you will need to create one in order to save and send your invitations, ecards or announcements to others. Click the sign up link at the top of the page. Fill out the required fields. Then click the sign up button.
What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, simply click on the 'Forgot your password?' link at the bottom right corner of the sign in box and follow the prompts to reset your password. In some cases, it may take a little while to receive the email to reset your password. Please be patient and notify us at [email protected] if you have any questions.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password by logging into your account and clicking on the Change Password link on your account dashboard. Enter your new password information and click save.
What are the costs of cards, invitations, and magnets from Wedding Paperie?

How do I cancel my account?
While you are signed into your account, click the Cancel Account Link in the Account Settings section. Click the cancel account button. Wedding Paperie respects your right to privacy. We do not sell or share your contact information with anyone. If Wedding Paperie did not live up to your expectations, we request that you share the reasons for canceling your account by sending us feedback so that we can improve our service.

What browser's does Wedding Paperie Support?
Wedding Paperie is verified to work against the following browsers:

Can I order a digital proof of my design?
Yes, you can order a digital proof of your design. Simply follow the order process and pick "1" card as part of the order process.
What are the different design types?
Within the Design Center you can select the type of design you would like to create. The choices are , Flat Card- 1 sided. Flat Card 2 – sided, Folded Card, Circle Card, Tri-Fold Card, and Quad-Fold Card. Regular cards can be designed in portrait or landscape orientation. Tri-Fold cards and Quad-Fold cards can only be designed in a landscape orientation. A folded card has 4 sides to work with including the inside and back of the card. Both Tri-Fold cards and Quad-Fold Cards can be designed on the front and back. That means you have 6 and 8 panels (respectively) to fill with your creative ideas. How do I uploaded my photos to the Wedding Paperie Design Center?
You can easily upload your own photos. You can currently upload photos in .jpg, .gif and .png format. Once you are in the Design Center, click on the Photos Menu on the left hand side. In the pop up window click on "upload photos" in the upper right corner. If you are not logged in to your Wedding Paperie account, you will be prompted to do so. Upon logging in, you can then browse your computer for the photo you want. You can upload 5 photos at a time. Once you select your photos, click "Start Upload". Once uploaded, you can close the photo upload window. You will see your photos in your left hand Photos navigation bar. Click and drag your photo to your design and customize it as needed.
What does photo resolution mean?
All digital images are composed of pixels. As a general rule, the more pixels an image contains, the better the picture quality. A high resolution photo means that you have a high number of pixels. It is possible on most digital cameras to select the resolution. Keep in mind that you can always reduce the size and resolution of your photo once it is taken, but you cannot add pixels back in. We recommend capturing your images at as high a resolution as possible, and then editing them to the size that you need. Photos with very high resolution have very large file sizes, and therefore can take a very long time to upload on your computer. Therefore, if you edit them on your computer with photo editing software to reduce the file size, they will be much easier to work with.
Can I crop my photos?
Yes. Using the Wedding Paperie Design Center under the Image Tools tab, click on the Crop button. Use the crop box to crop your photo. You can move it around and size as needed. Click done when finished. Keep in mind that cropping a photo means that pixels are removed. Cropping a photo spreads a smaller number of pixels (since some were removed) over the same surface area. This is the reason you will sometimes see squares in your photo, or lines that aren't smooth after a crop. Starting with more pixels, at a higher resolution, means there are more pixels to spread when you crop your photo. Please be sure your image is of high enough resolution to support the amount of cropping that you want to do. If it looks at all blurry or "pixelated" on the screen, it will look even more so in print. If that is the case, it would be best to not crop the photo or choose a different photo with higher resolution.
Do I need to use high resolution images?
Yes, the images that you use need to be high resolution in order to view and print nicely. Here are some rough guidelines to follow. Please note that these are *minimum* resolution requirements. You photos should be at least this resolution for the size indicated: Size of photo when printed -- minimum resolution required 4x6 size photo 690 x 460 pixels 5x7 size photo 805 x 575 pixels 8x10 size photo 1150 x 920 pixels
Do you offer rush processing?
Yes! For 9.95, if your order is submitted by 10 am PST then we will process your order that same day.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! We do ship internationally via USPS International Priority Mail, FedEx International Priority and FedEx International Economy. Please note that not all options are available for all countries. USPS International Priority Mail is a flat rate of $49.95. However, note that shipping time and full tracking with USPS International is not guaranteed. FedEx International Shipping cost is based on the destination. During the checkout process you will be able to see your shipping options and costs. Please email us at [email protected] with any questions about the shipping of an order. Please note that orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs or duties in addition to a Goods and Services Tax. Wedding Paperie is not responsible for these charges; the recipient is responsible for any duties and taxes incurred. Charges are assessed to the recipient at the time of delivery.
