This may be because your order is pending. If that’s the case, you will find your order in the Pending Orders section of your account Dashboard. Learn about the Pending Orders and Completed Orders sections of your account Dashboard below.

Pending Orders

Pending Orders lists orders you’ve placed that haven’t shipped yet. An order may be pending if it’s still processing, it’s a mailing service order and you still have to enter your addresses, or we found a problem with your order and are trying to contact you. Completed Orders

Completed Orders lists all orders you’ve placed that have been shipped. You can visit Completed Orders if you want to see your order history. Once your order has shipped, you will also receive an email with a tracking number for your package for both USPS and FedEx orders, which you can use to see where your package is and when it will arrive.
